Celebrate Easter in Paris – Eggs Hunt, chocolates, services

by stillinparis

Hop to it, it’s Easter time! Enjoy the long Easter break in Paris hunting down Easter Eggs. Whether Easter is a familial and religious celebration it can be fun to celebrate it in Paris. This year, the Easter Monday ( a public Holiday in France) is on April 1st, 2024.

Of course, it could be a gourmet celebration with the occasion to taste fine chocolate in the Capital of Gastronomy at Fauchon or Hediard (21 pl de la Madelaine).

But it can also be fun, many Easter egg hunts are organized by the City of Paris and the French capital arrondissements   (for kids only).

For the Easter weekend in Paris, you can visit many famous chocolate factories (Ducasse, or Jasque Genin). You can also celebrate Easter services in many Parisian churches. Many Restaurants organize special events (La Bauhina, Hard Rock Café, Café Pouchkine …)
